Looking for a home.

After our anniversary celebration we headed to Bozeman Montana to find us a home. It was all so exciting and stressful. Our friend Ryan was nice enough to let us stay at his apartment until we found a place. Lucky for us though after a week of searching we found the perfect one and we didn't have to interupt his life too much. ;) After scouring the college town for the perfect living quarters we made the decision that renting a house for the first year would be out of the question. The semester is starting soon so places were going fast! We looked at apartments, duplexs, townhouses, and condo's. Nothing seemed to match our picky list of needs. Until...This beautiful condo came up...

Isn't it beatiful?!

And I love this kitchen!

Talk about a backyard view..
The only problem, was that it was out of our price range for what we wanted to pay in rent. We asked the property management place if there was anyway that the owner of the unit would go down on the price at all. He did end up lowering it but Jared still just wasn't feeling comfortable with it because neither of us had a job. So sadly we took our application back and walked away.....

The next day Jared and I woke up to a phone call. He had contacted a company called Kenyon Noble and asked  to talk to the owner, he talked to him the day before but he was pretty stand off-ish to Jared. Well the phone call was the owner again and he acted as if he had never spoken with Jared at all. Well Jared pitched him why they should hire him, and he was told to contact the HR manager. About 30 minutes later she called Jared and said to call a guy named Scott for an interview that afternoon. The position was for a concrete truck driver since Jared has his CDL license. Amazingly, within 24 hours Jared had a job with great starting pay! We decided to go look at the condo again and after taking a second look we knew we had to have it. We took the applications back to the property management and pleaded with them for approval because we were ready to move in ASAP! There was one other lady who wanted the place so we had to look better than her lol. We waited around all day the next day and that afternoon we got an answer.
WE GOT THE PLACE!
The next day we drove back to Wyoming to get all of our belongings and are now currently unpacking into our new home for the next year or so. YAY!
